Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs)

1. What’s “neuro-informed therapy” anyway?

It means your therapist gets that your brain works differently—and that’s not a bad thing.

We’re all neurodivergent too, so we actually understand stuff like sensory overload, masking, and needing more time to process.

We don’t try to "fix" you. We work with how your brain naturally work

2. Who do you work with?

Teens 13+ who are autistic, ADHD, or just figuring it out.

Formal diagnosis? Cool. Still exploring? Also cool.

3. How do I start?

Fill out our contact form.

We’ll match you with a therapist and send a link to book a free intro call.

If it clicks, great—you’re in. If not, we’ll help you find someone else.

4. Do my parents have to know?

If you’re under 18, usually yes.

But there are exceptions. Ask our Care Team—we’ll walk you through it.

5. How much does it cost?

Sessions range from $150 to $350.

It depends on your therapist. You can pick your price range when you fill out the form.

6. Do you take insurance?

We don’t bill insurance directly, but we’ll give you a Superbill to submit for reimbursement.

It’s called “out-of-network”—your parents may already know what that means.

7. Is everything virtual?

Yep. 100% virtual.

Join from your room, a car, your backyard—wherever you feel safe.

8. What can therapy help with?

Burnout. Anxiety. Sensory overload. School stress.

Identity questions. Masking fatigue. Friend drama.

Learning to speak up and set boundaries.

And much more…

9. Do you offer parent support too?

Yes! We’ve got parent sessions to help them actually understand you.

They can fill out our contact form or go to our dedicated site for parents.
